Terms of Service :In construction ...By agreeing to the terms of service, your understand and agree upon the terms of commissioning me as a freelance artist. You have to read this document before making a commission to me, it will list the pricing, the general terms and the usage of my work.I. General terms :❁ Once you made an order, please be clear about your commission. If you have a clear idea of a commission please provide as many references as you can, I do not have a maximum amount accepted.❁ If needed, I may ask for additional references or clarifications, but I will not be tracing other artists’ artworks.❁ The commission can be made in a realistic style or my own style, which you can see different examples on my social media accounts and the portfolio here.❁ In case the commission is out of my capability, I reserve myself the right to cancel or refuse to do it. I will also reserve myself the right to cancel an order if the commissioner is ill intentioned or disrespectful.II. Process of a commission :❁ This part can be seen as well in the “Commission” part in my Carrd.❁ As stated before, please feel free to send as many references as you wish, I wish to not have any misunderstanding with any commissioner.❁ I will provide a sketch first to make sure the commissioner really likes my art style, I may do more than one sketch to find a composition the commissioner likes and wishes to go with. I will not count a difference in the final price with the number of sketches. But I do ask the commissioner to be sure they really love the sketch before continuing to the next steps.❁ In order, after the commission and the sketch are agreed on, I will send updates with the lineart, the flat colouring and then the rendering. If not done in a few days, the commissioner is free to ask for as many updates as they wish in DMs, but please keep in mind a full rendered speech will take a few hours or days depending on my current availability.❁ The commissioner may ask for revisions and changes as long as it does not change the whole piece, if it does, I reserve myself to change the final prince. (For example, if an additional character is requested mid process, I will require an additional fee.)❁ The time required for each piece will be different from one piece to the other, so the time required may vary. But I will give a time window ahead of the payment to the commissioner. If I do not respect this time window because of unforeseen events, I will directly contact the commissioner and I will see for a way to proceed with the commissioner in person.III. Payment :❁ I will not ask for a payment until we agreed on a sketch.❁ Once agreed on a payment, it will be done via PayPal. And no payment in cryptocurrency will be accepted as a form of payment.❁ The pricing is fixed with the commissioner or based upon my pricing sheets. The prices will depend on the difficulty of the commission, the time that should be spent on the drawing and the style chosen.❁ Once the commissioner have accepted a commission, either it will be paid entirely upfront or 50% upfront and the other 50% after the piece is finished, only to avoid scamming.❁ Once the piece is finished, I will send a watermarked version of the drawing, once the payment is done, I will send the drawing in full quality without the watermark by mail, in order to provide you the best quality piece as possible.❁ Please do not send a payment upfront before I clearly accepted the commission.IV. Refund :❁ I will accept refunds only for the following reasons:❁ In case I took too long to finish a piece I will give a partial refund if I have done the colouring, if only still at the lineart stage, I will five a full refund.❁ In case you have an emergency and need the money you sent me for a piece, I will keep the draft aside in case you might want to re-commission me later on for the piece. And if it is an emergency, I will refund you partially or fully depending where I was in the commission but I do understand if a full refund is needed.❁ In any case, if the commissioner asks for a refund, I will consider the demands while communicating with them.V. Usage :❁ You are allowed to use the commission for profit gain only with explicit permission from me, with a fee on it, depending on what the project is.❁ However, I reserve myself the right to refuse commercial use and any commissions if it will be used to promote hateful or harmful material or events.❁ I will not require an extra fee if you plan to use your commission as your profile picture or social media banner, but I do require for you to credit me.❁ You are not allowed to use my art for AI usage in any shape or form, nor for NFT purposes.
